Hello, I’m Kayleigh — the founder and heart behind Evolve Yoga Collective.
​
After 15 years in a demanding executive career—where being constantly busy felt like the only way to prove my worth—I found myself searching for something deeper. Through my yoga practice, I began reconnecting with myself, rediscovering balance, and uncovering a sense of purpose I could no longer ignore.
​
This calling led me to Greece, where I immersed myself in the beauty and calm of the Mediterranean while completing my Yoga Teacher Training. It was one of the most transformative chapters of my life and set the foundation for the work I do today.
​
Over the following years, I taught in studios across a variety of styles—Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga, and Sculpt. I’ve always believed that yoga is for every body at every stage of life, and that belief remains at the core of my teaching.
​
Later, I discovered Pilates and quickly became captivated by the transformative effects it had on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Blending the mindful flow of yoga with the precision of Pilates felt like a natural evolution—and the two together became the foundation of Evolve Yoga Collective.

My mission is to inspire and empower women to feel strong, confident, and connected—both on and off the mat. I’m excited to continue this journey with you and to welcome you into the Evolve community.

Evolve Yoga Collective exists to inspire, empower, and support women in feeling strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies. Through a unique fusion of yoga and Pilates, we create space for women to move with intention, build strength and flexibility, and feel more present in every chapter of life.
Whether you join us on-demand or in person, you’ll be part of a welcoming community of like-minded women discovering how this powerful blend of practices enhances mobility, stability, and body awareness.

What makes Evolve different is that every class is designed with women in mind—from the opening mindfulness exercise to the targeted, carefully sequenced movements that strengthen, lengthen, and tone a woman’s body, all the way to the closing moments of rest and relaxation.

Through the virtual studio, Community page, or personalized 1:1 sessions, every element of Evolve is created to uplift and support women through every cycle, season, and challenge of life.

My hope is that whether you practice online or in person, you’ll feel empowered, inspired, and more deeply connected to your breath, body, and being.
