The Evolve Yoga Collective mission is to create a community of women who feel inspired, empowered and healthy through following a unique fitness fusion of yoga and pilates. I am committed to helping women to feel more confident in their bodies and more present in their lives.

 

Whether you practice on demand or in person with me you will be part of a community of like minded women who are discovering how the fusion of Yoga and Pilates strengthens the body, improves flexibility, mobility and stability and encourages body awareness.

What makes Evolve different is that all classes are written with women's in mind from the opening mindfulness exercise, to the targeted movements specifically sequenced to strengthen, lengthen and tone a woman's body to the closing rest and relaxation section of class.

 

Whether you join us though the virtual studio, Community page or 1:1 sessions, every element oof Evolve is perfectly created to build women up through every cycle, chapter and challenge of our lives. 

 

My hope is that whether you practice with me online or in person you experience a journey of feeling empowered and connected to your breath, body and being. ​​

about me

I created Evolve Yoga Collective after leaving a 15 year career in an executive environment. The type that unless you were crazy busy you didn't feel productive enough.

 

Through my yoga practice I was becoming so much more connected to myself, my purpose, my calling was undeniable. 

 

So I headed to Greece to live for a little while and completed my Yoga teacher training. Living in this beautiful country has been one of the highlights of my life so far. I feel incredibly blessed to have continued my Yoga journey in this way I am so excited to continue that journey with you.

 

I then spent a few years teaching in Yoga studio's leading a variety of styles of Yoga - Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga & Sculpt but my passion and love for this beautiful and ancient practice will never be limited to just one style of Yoga. Which is why I l enjoy working with all different Yogi's at different points in their fitness journey - because Yoga really is for EVERYbody.

Later came Pilates, I was immediately hooked. The body conditioning element was undeniable and within a matter of weeks the changes I felt in my strength and flexibility were profound.

​

From this point on I combined the mindful flow of Yoga with targeted Pilates techniques and the fusion of the two were a match made in heaven!

 

I hope my passion jumps off the screen!​ And I hope to jump onto our mats together soon.
